With a specialty in the pharmacy channel, Ardy believes in delivering creative solutions to fit the hospital, independent, retail and long term care pharmacy automation and equipment market. With more than 30 years experience in equipment financing, Ardy is recognized and respected for her dedication to professional service for her vendor programs.

Ardis Cortez (Ardy), Executive Vice President, co-founded Americorp Financial, LLC, with Tom Dunigan in 1986. Ardy is responsible for developing vendor relationships with a majority of larger healthcare and pharmacy manufacturers. Based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, she manages the company’s New England office and provides support for vendor partners nationwide.

For more than 30 years, Ardy’s reputation has resounded in the healthcare equipment financing and pharmacy automation markets because she truly believes in delivering professional customer service, building strong relationships with her vendor partners, and designing flexible, customized programs to support her programs. In the pharmacy industry, Ardy understands the needs of independent, retail and long term care pharmacies to help them move forward with today’s automation at a fixed or flexible cost that makes sense to the customer.

She was employed previously in equipment leasing by The Bancorp Group, Inc. from 1983 to 1986, and from 1980 to 1983 she was with Michigan National Bank. She also attended Oakland University.
In her free time, Ardy enjoys performing arts, music, dance and theater; spending time outdoors at the beach, hiking and skiing; traveling; and is a passionate baseball fan who goes to Boston Red Sox games at Fenway Park whenever possible. She also has a son and two daughters.
