Steven F. Grant serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Americorp Financial. Under his direction, Americorp has taken great strides in leveraging technology for its customer focused funding solutions that provide unique servicing and reporting capabilities to a wide variety of manufacturers in the healthcare space. As an executive team member, Steve provides the knowledge of financial and IT systems to continuously improve Americorp's operations and fiscal workflows.

Steven F. Grant (Steve), Chief Financial Officer, has been a principal at Americorp since 1991 and has guided the growth of the company into a full-service equipment lender. As CFO, Steve shares responsibility for overall management of the company and maintains the integrity of the growing contract portfolio.

With more than 30 years in the equipment finance industry, Steve is responsible for Americorp’s overall financial management. His duties include the company’s treasury function, financial reporting, long-range business modeling, and portfolio management. Additionally, he oversees the tax function, asset management, information systems, and human resources.

Prior to Americorp, Steve was an Accounting Manager at LeaseFirst, an affiliate of Maryland National Bank, and a Staff Accountant at Comiskey, Bobrowski & Co. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and an MBA from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.

He is married to his wife, Marilyn, and they have two sons, Scott and Joe. He is an avid sports fan and can usually be found near a stadium or arena. He enjoys swimming, boating, classic cars, Broadway theater and sports photography. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.
